Morocco: An Analysis of the Advocacy for the Abolition of the Death Penalty | [a CHAT in theSquare]
In this episode of [a Chat in theSquare], we are going to explore the debate on the abolition of the death penalty in Morocco with our Research Fellow Irene Lizzola, who is PhD Candidate in Political Science at Sciences Po Bordeaux. By shedding light on the multiple normative frameworks in relation to which the death penalty issue is framed, we will reflect upon the extra-juridical – moral, religious and ethical – nature of the ongoing death penalty debate.
